SPATIAL STORYTELLING is a FREE immersive show, from 12pm until 6pm on 23rd and 24th October, that expands the potential of narrative space – to include virtual reality headsets and interactive media – highlighting how RCA students push at the boundaries of what form a story can take using the latest digital media technologies. Immersive Experience

As part of the London Breeze Film Festival 2024, recent Grads from the RCA’s School of Communication will be exhibiting interactive media projects in Spatial Storytelling in the foyer gallery space at Riverside Studios on Wednesday 23 – Thursday 24 October from 12pm to 6pm. This showcase brings together sixteen projects from MA Animation, MA Digital Direction and MA Information Experience Design and features a mix of virtual reality, augmented reality, video games, custom software and performance pieces.

‘Spatial Storytelling’ is hosted by the London Breeze Film Festival, with the direction of RCA Tutor and Producer Dr Atif Ghani.

The selection of RCA work has been curated by Off Site Project.  Off Site Project is an online curatorial platform creating opportunities for emerging new media talent. Project partners have included: Anonymous Gallery, distant.gallery, Phoenix Leicester and the SummerWorks Festival.
