About the director(s)

Erica has been dancing since the age of three in one way or another, embracing the opportunity after leaving corporate life, to train and then teach, a holistic dance practice that anyBODY can do.

Based on the Nia technique along with other modalities, she shares her infectious enthusiasm for the joy of movement, both online and in the studio, which together, creates a cheerful community of those who want to take the movement medicine as she likes to think of it!

Dancing with Erica at her ‘InJoy’ classes can bring you wellness for your body, your mental health and your unique spirit. All you have to do is tune into your sensory experience of the music, the movement and the magic!
