Growing up in a small village in the Scottish countryside Annabella didn’t have the regular access to film schools, workshops, or creative mentors that those in larger cities often take for granted. Nevertheless the call of comedy was always there, as a director or performer, and it’s for that she has a real knack. From script to performance to the edit she knows how to make things (and people) funny.

Over time she’s leverage her varied experience and skills to help audiences connect and feel something specific; to enhance the emotional experience of any given production, whatever result is required – that is the knack of directing comedy. She has a keen eye for detail and practical knowledge. She believes in total collaboration to deliver compelling, original work. A country girl at heart, she’s never yet run out of ideas.
