The film explores the deep-rooted obsession many Londoners have with this iconic dish, celebrating its community significance and reminding us that it’s never too late to pursue your ambitions.

Eren Kaplan is a film director / editor of Turkish and Italian heritage, with bases in both London and Bristol. Growing up in Tottenham, he began volunteering for local charities before training at The BRIT School and Bournemouth Film School. Over the past decade, Kaplan has made films that have been screened nationwide and created meaningful impact. Whether working with a talented crew or filming solo, he tells real stories with style and honesty.
