Nothing could be more English than the Full English, surely? Full(y) English explores the ‘greasy spoon’ caffs of South London, taking a lens to a part of the cityscape so many interact with and enjoy, but few take seriously as places of cultural importance. What we found is spaces under threat, that are rich in community, culture, identity and yes: delicious, colour-neutral fried food. Watch as we scratch beneath the greasy, eggy surface of our hybrid national identity.
